Apart from knowing them from the big screen, we all are forever curious to catch a glimpse of the private lives of celebrities, especially when it comes to other stuff they are passionate about. We tend to do this because we long to seek inspiration through their example, and what better example one could find than the way they take care of themselves through regular physical activities. Seems like the supporting actor from Lord of the Rings is more keen to have a lad role as Lord of the Run. He claims to be addicted to running and hated the fact that he could run in order to shape the role of Samwise Gamgee in Lord of the Rings. He has been a part of many marathons so far and for him, this is not only a way to find a pleasant escape from reality, but also to help out someone – he often runs in marathons that have charitable purpose.

The day Anthony decided to let go of his old habits, put on some running equipment and hit the road was the day when he started to set the time back on his own aging process. He reveal that his running routine is to run in Central Park three days a week for 6 miles. He also runs marathons that are held to raise money for charity.

The chef that come s with a fun philosophy for one of his favorite occupations – running. Once in a while, he reminds people how awesomely he's intertwined his two passions by saying “What you fuel your body with before and during a race will help you get a better result”.
